Join us at Majek Winery in March for an Interactive Book Club Experience!

Betsy Wagner has been enjoying leading an interactive Book Club, which was an in depth study of her first book, SPIRIT OF GONZALES. The group will now enjoy a continuation of the story of the Kellogg Family, and YOU are invited to join them! In March, the group will learn the story of Elizabeth Kellogg. Many Texans know the names of Cynthia Ann Parker and her son Quanah, personalities which evolved from a Comanche raid in Texas in May, 1836. Others involved in the same raid have seldom been remembered. Betsy’s second book, DAUNTLESS SPIRIT honors her distant relative who was also taken captive. Learn the details of Elizabeth’s plight.

The Book Club meets at the MAJEK WINERY in the beautiful country south of Schulenburg. Book Club participants enjoy Good wine, good words and good company. Consider joining now, and keep watch for the next books to be featured!

We will host 2 Book Sessions @ Majek Winery covering the book, Dauntless Spirit, by Betsy Wagner. The author will lead a discussion of the book on these dates:

Sun Mar 30 | Pages 93-178, 1-3 PM

Your ticket price includes entry for two people to each book session and 1 copy each of Dauntless Spirit to share. Pick up your book at Majek by March 16 so you can read it!
